AHI Academic Advisor Roger Pilon Publishes on “Takings” in Wall Street Journal

Roger Pilon, Academic Advisor for the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization (AHI), published the article “Supreme Court Confusion Could Cost a Family $410,000 “ in the Wall Street Journal. The article discusses the Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause, which prohibits government from taking private property for public use without just compensation.

Roger Pilon is Vice President for Legal Affairs at the Cato Institute and Director of Cato’s Center for Constitutional Studies.
