On October 12, 2020, Mary Grabar, Resident Fellow at the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization (AHI) delivered the second annual Columbus Day lecture. The annual lecture is devoted to the life and times of Christopher Columbus and forms part of an initiative, named after Alexander Hamilton, designed to promote the serious and honest study of history. AHI Charter Fellow Douglas Ambrose delivered the inaugural Columbus Day lecture in 2019.
