Dr. Bruce Frohnen’s Constitution Day lecture is available to watch on Tuesday, September 17, at 7:00 p.m. on The Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization’s (AHI’s) YouTube channel, or on our website.

Watch: Dr. Bruce Frohnen Delivers the 17th Annual David Aldrich Nelson Lecture

Dr. Frohnen earned a Ph. D. in political science at Cornell University in 1988 and a J.D. at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1993. He is a prolific author of books and scores of articles.

The annual lecture, seventeenth in the series, honors Judge David Aldrich Nelson (1932-2010), a distinguished jurist and charter member of AHI’s board of directors. Judge Nelson was graduated from Hamilton College, 1954, valedictorian of his class.

The late Carl B. Menges played a pivotal role in ensuring AHI maintained its independent path. Interestingly, his vision for AHI became a reality on Constitution Day 2007, which was also his 77th birthday.
