The hosts of Talk of the Town, a popular public affairs program on radio station 100.7 FM, Utica, New York, invited David Frisk to their morning program on November 5 for his take on the 2020 presidential election.  Dr. Frisk, Resident Fellow of the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization (AHI), provided commentary on the candidacies of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Frisk explained why he believes, when all the votes are counted, Joe Biden will be the 46th president of the United States.

Frisk was also questioned about the future of the Supreme Court and the likelihood that a Biden presidency will lead to an attempt to pack the court.  He doubted that would happen given Republican control of the Senate but underscored the importance in that regard of the two Senate races in Georgia, both of which may be headed to run-off elections.
